Flexible screw conveyor under a silo
For a plastic manufacturing plant we supplied a silo hopper and a flexible screw conveyor for plastic pellets. The auger had an inlet hopper and ended in a galvanized silo. The flexible auger can be installed in a routing where a metal auger could not, since more than two rigid augers would be needed. The flexible screw consists of a thin spiral without a shaft and rotates at 300 rpm.
