Food-grade twin shaft shredder for frozen spinach
For a food production plant we manufactured a stainless steel shredder with 2 shafts. The product was frozen spinach and frozen peach. The product had to be cut into small pieces up to 15 x 15 mm. For this reason, 12 mm thick stainless steel knives were chosen. Also the diameter of the knives was limited to Φ130 mm with 11 claws.
