Hammer mill for cotton seed
In a cotton factory, we supplied 4 hammer mills for cotton seed. In the pilot phase, we installed the first hammer mill, where we discovered that the cotton seeds needed more space between the side grate and the outer housing. Also found the need for a smaller 8mm grid. By making these modifications we supplied the other 3 remaining hammer mills. The modifications can also be seen in the bottom right photo.
