- Exceeding Performance Benchmarks: During official acceptance testing, the system reached a throughput of over 20 tonnes per hour at 250 rpm—significantly outperforming the guaranteed contract value of 15 t/h.
- Hygienic 1.4301 (SS304) Construction: The entire conveyor is fabricated from food-grade 1.4301 stainless steel, featuring a smooth internal finish to prevent bacterial growth and ensure easy washdown.
- Optimised for Sugar Logistics: The inclined design allows for direct connection to truck discharge points, providing an efficient vertical lift to fill Tonne Bags without the need for additional intermediate elevators.
