Our team engineered a complete “intake-to-packaging” system designed for high-availability and total material integrity:

- Hygienic Stainless Steel Storage: We manufactured and installed 2 large-scale 40 m3 stainless steel silos, providing a non-corrosive and sanitary environment for bulk sugar storage.
- High-Speed Vertical & Horizontal Conveying: To achieve the 25 t/h target, the system utilizes 3 heavy-duty bucket elevators for vertical lift and 3 precision screw conveyors for horizontal distribution, ensuring a constant feed to the packaging lines.
- Integrated Quality Control & Screening: The line includes specialized sieves and funnels to remove any agglomerates or foreign bodies, ensuring only pure granulated sugar reaches the final retail packs.
- Centralized Dust Suction & Filtration: To maintain a safe, ATEX-compliant environment, a centralized suction system with high-efficiency filters and industrial ventilators was installed to capture dust at every transfer point.
- Phase-Based Project Execution: The facility was delivered in two strategic stages, allowing the client to maintain operations while doubling their handling capacity.
