High-precision volumetric feeder
For a plastics factory, we manufactured a high-precision volumetric feeder for 5 kg/h methylcellulose. All powder materials behave satisfactorily inside augers. What is needed is continuous and reliable feeding. For this, we built a 500 lt hopper with an integrated vertical agitator to avoid product bridging.
