Industrial Lump Crusher
For a well-known vinegar factory (vinegar production factory) we manufactured a reinforced stainless steel agglomerate crusher. The product he had to slice was a raisin pressed into the hard, uniform shape of a sack-stone. The pressed raisin looked like pastel. The original size was 500x250x85mm and the final broken size had to be less than 40x40x40mm because it would feed a Φ250mm screw. In addition to the large inlet funnel, the main body consists of 12mm thick radial rotating knives and fixed knives. A semi-cylindrical grid has not been provided, since the final desired grain size is quite large. A 4.0 kW motor at 36 rpm was installed.
In addition to pressed raisins, the same crusher was later used by the viticulturist for pomegranates, lemons and other fruits.
