- Precision Fractionation Screening: Following the first cut, the material is passed through a fractionation screen to separate correctly sized pieces from those requiring further reduction.
- Secondary Shredding (Second Cut): To achieve the final desired size, a high-speed secondary shredder reduces the rubber fragments into small, uniform pieces ready for further processing or rubber crumb production.
