The challenge for this facility was to create a high-capacity intake system that could purify the material and transfer it into high-volume storage silos for rapid truck loading, all while minimizing manual intervention.

Our Solution: Integrated Mechanical Handling & Purification
BritSOLIDS developed a robust, multi-stage treatment plant designed for high-throughput and material consistency:

- Dual Big-Bag Discharge Stations: The process begins with 2 heavy-duty Big-Bag stations engineered for safe and efficient material intake.
- Automated Screening & De-clumping: To ensure product purity, the iron sulfate passes through an integrated screening system. This removes large agglomerates and foreign particles, ensuring only uniform material enters the storage phase.
- Vertical & Horizontal Conveying: Purified material is transported via a synchronized network of screw conveyors and a high-capacity bucket elevator to feed 3 independent storage silos.
- Rapid Silo Vehicle Loading: For final dispatch, a second high-speed bucket elevator transfers the product to a telescopic loading bellow, allowing for dust-free, high-speed filling of silo trucks.
