Lump Breaker for Coffee Aroma
For a coffee factory we built a stainless steel Lump Breaker for Coffee Aroma. In addition to the inlet funnel with a side cap, the main body consists of rotary knives on a cylindrical metal grid. To prevent the screen from clogging at all, we placed a silicone pad on the second rotating wing, which “scrapes” the screen.
The product was coffee flavored or vanilla flavored powder (which had been petrified, as seen in the video). Using different semi-cylindrical screens, the crusher gave different particle sizes. Of course, the finer the finished product, the longer it takes to be down-sized.
