Lump breaker with screen
For a factory producing raw food materials, we manufactured a stainless steel agglomerate breaker with screen. In addition to the large inlet funnel, the main body consists of rotary knives on a cylindrical metal grid. To prevent the screen from clogging at all, we placed a Teflon pad on the second rotating wing, which “scrapes” the screen.
The product was tomato powder (which had petrified as seen in the photo), onion powder and similar products.
