Our Solution: Heavy-Duty Industrial Blending & Dosing System
BritSOLIDS engineered a bespoke fertilizer blending unit focused on chemical resistance and dosing accuracy. The system features a high-specification build to handle aggressive bulk solids:

- Corrosion-Resistant Engineering: To ensure long-term durability against aggressive NPK components, the entire contact surface is manufactured from high-grade INOX316 stainless steel. We further apply specialized industrial coatings to non-contact parts to withstand the corrosive atmosphere of the facility.
- Integrated Dosing & Batching: The system utilizes 4 Bulk-Bag Unloaders equipped with 4 high-precision dosing screw conveyors. These feed a centralized 1000L weighing hopper, ensuring each component of the NPK recipe is added with laboratory-grade accuracy before the mixing cycle begins.
- Gentle High-Intensity Mixing: At the heart of the plant is a specialized 1000L batch mixer. It is designed to provide a uniform blend in minimal time, ensuring the final product meets strict nutrient-ratio standards without degrading the fertilizer granules. There is a vibrating sieve controlling foreign particles at the mixer’s inlet.
- Advanced Dust Suppression Technology: To protect the facility environment and prevent material loss, we implemented a fully enclosed system. This includes a powerful 4-cartridge anti-static polyester dust collector powered by a 4.0 kW centrifugal fan, maintaining negative pressure and a dust-free workspace.
