Tire recycling unit
For a tire recycling unit we designed and manufactured shredders for the first cut (from a whole passenger tyre), fractionation screen, conveyor belts and a shredder for the second cut into smaller pieces. It should be noted that because tires contain wires, the blades of the splitters wear out quite quickly. The harder material chosen for the construction of the knives, while their life time increases, the operating cost of the unit increases at the same time.
