In plastics factories, the extruders must be fed with plastic pellets of PE, HDPE, LDPE, PP, PET, PVC, etc. but also with regenerated (scrap) products in irregular forms of flakes.
PNEUMATIC CONVEYING SYSTEM WITH SUCTION ROOTS BLOWER
We deliver vacuum suction systems that need a side channel or roots blower and several materials receivers above each final destination for short and long distances.
Such a pneumatic conveying piping system usually has a pipe diameter of Φ60 – Φ90 mm and consists of stainless steel piping and couplings that join the two pipes face to face and embrace them. The bends are open and have a big radius of 1000 mm.
We deliver special multi-way distributors to achieve different conveying combinations (eg from 4 silos to 5 extruders, i.e. 20 different combinations).
