Stainless steel sifter for flour with 200 μm sieve
For a pie production plant, we manufactured a sieve to separate (remove) the yellow bran from the finer white flour. The sieve mesh was set at 200 µm. The effect of the separation due to the different color was visible. In addition, we made a special inlet hopper that vibrates together with the body, so the flour is spread quickly and the entire surface of the vibrating grate is better used.
