- Integrated Low-Speed Lump Breaker: Before entering the conveyor, all sugar passes through a custom-built lump breaker. Operating at a high-torque, low speed of 20 rpm, it gently but effectively shears through agglomerates, ensuring only free-flowing crystals enter the auger.
- 9m Stainless Steel Screw Conveyor: The material is then elevated and transported across a 9-metre span via a heavy-duty stainless steel auger. The 304/316 grade construction ensures full compliance with food hygiene standards and protects the sugar from contamination.
- Versatile Intake Hopper: The system is designed to accept material from both manual 25kg bag tipping and automated Bulk Bag discharging stations, providing the plant with maximum logistical flexibility.
