- Custom U-Trough Design: Unlike pipe conveyors, our trough augers feature a removable top cover, allowing for easy inspection and cleaning—critical in recycling plants where foreign objects can occasionally enter the stream.
- Gradual Processing Integration: The augers are strategically placed to receive material directly from the shredders and vibrating sieves. They ensure a steady, metered flow of tire shreds as they transition toward fine fractionation.
- Abrasive-Resistant Engineering: Given the friction levels of rubber and steel wire, the auger flights and trough linings are constructed from wear-resistant materials to ensure a long operational lifespan under 24/7 production cycles.
- Seamless Fractionation & Packaging: The final units in the network feed the fractionation screens and the Bulk-Bag packaging stations, completing the automated cycle from whole tire to finished rubber crumb.
