Trough Augers on a Lime Quarry for calcium carbonate powder
For a construction material quarry we built 2 augers to transport the lime dust, collected under the central bag filter, to a conveyor belt 12m away. The first screw conveyor has an E/M with 60 rpm, while the second one with 80 rpm. The requested performance was for 2 ton/h, while the system has the ability to transport even three times the amount.
