The Solution: High-Efficiency Vertical Mixing Silo
We supplied a robust Vertical Fountain Blender with a useful capacity of 1,800 litres, specifically engineered for bulk solid mixing:
  • Integrated Vertical Auger: The core of the system is an internal vertical mixing screw (auger). This screw continuously lifts material from the base of the silo to the top, where it is dispersed in an “umbrella” pattern back down to the bottom.
  • Cyclical Homogenisation: This “fountain” effect creates a continuous recirculation loop. By moving the entire 1,800L batch through this vertical cycle, the mixer eliminates stratification and ensures a uniform distribution of pigments and additives throughout the pellets.
