For a spice factory we manufactured a 2-deck vibrating screen for various spices, such as thyme, oregano, etc. Since the sieve would have to sift different sized products and some include unwanted stalks, we decided to make the frame of the vibrators adjustable. So depending on the product, the operator can easily change the vibration angle for less or more bounce.
