Weighing Screw Feeder for continuous weighing
For a chemical industry factory we manufactured a weighing screw for lime powder. The limestone powder is fed by a rotating air barrier. The auger is suspended from a fixed base with 3 load cells. The scale’s weight indicator displays the auger’s output in kg/h. In case of need to change the supply, a signal is given to the inverter of the rotating air barrier and thus the supply is corrected immediately. With this Weighing Screw Feeder for continuous weighing we can easily monitor, increase or decrease the continuous supply of a system.
