Z-type Bucket Elevator
In a factory producing fish feed in the form of pellets, we supplied a Z-type elevator with buckets and 2 chains. The buckets were high temperature plastic with a width of 500 mm and 2 gears each. At the inlet, we manufactured a special hopper inside the body of the bucket so that the pellets do not get thrown off at the edges. The pellets came out of the dryer with a throughput of 8 ton/h and had a temperature of 100 °C.
