Shredder / Destroyer
Shredder or Chipper is used to destroy products in very small size.
It consists of two rotating shafts, which have a series of knife-scissors and one enters the other. Shafts are usually hexagonal. The knives have a thickness proportional to the size of the cut we want the shredder to make. That is, if each knife has a thickness of 30mm, then the chopped pieces we will take will have a dimension of approximately 30mm. The other dimension depends on how many claws the knife has. Usually knives have 2, 3 or 5 prongs. So the other dimension will be equal to half the circumference of the knife from one nail to the other.
Shredder breaks everything. Such a shredder is applicable to whole cars, car tires, wood, tree trunks, stones, furniture, doors, barrels, toilet or kitchen paper rolls, fabrics, clothes, carpets, medical waste, etc.
The broken product comes out in small sizes of 3 – 4 cm, which can then be further processed.
