Big Bags Unloading Station / Bulk Bag Unloader
The Big Bags Unloading Station or Big Bag Unloader is a practical device, which helps to empty the bulk bag or big bag without the constant presence of a forklift.
It consists of a steel frame with dimensions of 1500 x 1500 x 2700 mm (depending on the size of the big bag) with an independent “cross” above to receive the forks of the forklift and 4 hangers to hang the 4 “loops” of the Big-Bag. Once the forklift places the Big Bag on the steel frame, it is not needed anymore. The operator, opening the hatch, unties the string from Big-Bag’s bottom part. The vibrating cone helps the material to flow well. There is also a suction nozzle for dedusting. At the outlet of the Big Bag Station after the flexible hose connection a screw conveyor, a blow-through rotary valve, etc. can be placed.
